There are 4 easy ways to get support for your 3D Cellular wireless automation tools:

  1. Send us a message with your questions or issues. We guarantee to get back to you within one business day.
  2. Call our support desk at 1-877-822-4400 on business days between 7:00AM and 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  3. Use the trouble ticket integrated in the software—in any of our tools, you can click File > Send e-mail > Report Problem. Depending on your program configuration, this e-mail will come directly to us or go to your corporate help desk.
  4. If you get an 'Unanticipated Error' message, by clicking 'Yes', the error code will be sent directly to the 3D Cellular support desk. We will then work on resolving the issue in the shortest time possible.
Once you get familiar with the tools, you will hardly ever require our support. But we will always be there for you.
